  Too stressed to meditate? We’ll teach you how to slow down, be more present and find a deeper connection with self. Meditation improves overall health, concentration and creativity. It helps to cure insomnia, relieves anxiety and it even strengthens the immune system. Designed with the beginner in mind, this 30-day introduction to meditation course launches your journey to better health and greater peace. We’ll meet once a week, you’ll receive daily emails with morning and evening meditations as well as opportunities to journal and track progress. For the summer session of Lift Off, CULTIVATING GRATITUDE will be woven through all of the teachings. Choose from three class times. Live-streamed classes consist of guided meditation, practice and time for Q&A.

Experience is not necessary but advance registration is.
